The Sterlings discovered their passion for saunas while living in The Netherlands for two years in 2001. Their Saturday date nights consisted of visiting a local "sauna complex" which included outdoor saunas, herb saunas, dry heat saunas, hot and cold pools, fireplaces, restaurants and more.
